When you contact MAD — Made A Difference (for example via WhatsApp), we collect the details you share, such as your name, phone number, age and coverage needs.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to help you with MediAsas plans. We do not sell your data. Your details may be shared with the insurer only when you choose to apply.

We handle your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You may ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
